The beaches in New Jersey are spread across the Monmouth County, Ocean County, Cape May County and other areas of the State. The beaches in Monmouth County are situated at the extreme north end of the New Jersey shore.

The Avon beach in Monmouth County provides the perfect ambiance you’ll look for in order to spend your vacation with your family. Food and beverages are also allowed on this beach. So, you can have the perfect picnic you desire, and enjoy your time with your friends and family!

The Asbury Park is another beach in Monmouth County, where you can enjoy bonfires with light music being played in the background especially in the fall. This beach allows several events to be held, so you’ll have plenty of things to enjoy.

The beaches in Ocean County are, however, not as crowded as the ones in Monmouth County. The Barnegat Light Beach doesn’t allow you to bring in food, but there are restaurants along Broadway and Long Beach Boulevard. So, if you’re feeling hungry, just get into any of the restaurants and you’ll have some delicious food served to you!

In Oceanic County, there’s the Island Beach State Park which allows picnicking, especially in the Recreation and Southern Natural Areas. You can enjoy sitting around open fires in the east of the dune line from the parking area 3.

One of the best beaches in New Jersey is the Stone Harbor located in Cape May County. This beach isn’t much crowded; the soft white sand adds on to the scenic beauty around this beach. Surfing is allowed in the nearby beaches situated at 81st Street and 110th Street. There are tennis courts as well. So, you can enjoy playing under the sun. The tennis courts are located at 82nd and 97th Streets respectively. There’s also a boat ramp located nearby. So, there isn’t dearth of recreational activities on the New Jersey beaches.
